Unless you receive an email verifying that your order has been accepted even articles already in your shopping basket may still be purchased by other customers.

Orders

HEIMAT ALANTICA Online Shop sells items that are stocked and available to be shipped from our atelier in Pontevedra (Spain). All the orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48h (working days).

We will inform you by email if an item is out of stock, as well as once the item is back to stock and available for purchase. If an order has been processed and the cost has been paid for items that are no longer in stock, HEIMAT ATLANTICA will refund the full amount. Once your order has been placed you will receive an email with all the relevant information regarding your order. Please note that this is NOT our acceptance of the order but only confirmation that your order has been received. Once your order has been accepted, the sale contract is complete, and we will not accept any order cancellations.

 

Prices

Prices shown on the web site are in EUR. Prices are subject to change. Please check current prices before placing an order with us. Prices are calculated and set at the beginning of the season using the existing currency rates. During the season HEIMAT ATLANTICA has the right to change prices and adjust them to the currency rate before your order is placed. We fully try that all our multi brand retailers respect the same price brackets suggested, in order to respect the market transparency.

Payment

Payment for the bags as well as for shipping costs will be made using credit card, Stripe or Paypal. You will be charged in EURO for your order.

Shipping

All packages are sent via UPS from our atelier in Pontevedra. The total cost of your order, including shipping fees, will be billed via Paypal/credit card. This may not include taxes, duties, import fees or customs fees charged by your local government. We ship worldwide with international couriers, and all the shipping costs are already included in the price. Once you receive the package, the courier may ask you to pay a separate invoice from your country’s local authorities for duties charged.

We ship all over the world with DHL or FEDEX and with MRW or Correos Express to Spain. Shipping costs are as follows: 

Spain : FREE SHIPPING for orders over 300€ 

6€ all products - 1 or 2 days delivery 

Europe : FREE SHIPPING for orders over 500€

Bags:  DHL 24h/48h > 35€ / with Fedex 4/8 days delivery > 23€

Small products and jewelry: DHL 24h48h > 20€ 

Outside Europe : FREE SHIPPING for orders over 500€

Bags with DHL 24h/72h > 40€ 

Small products and jewelry: DHL 24h48h > 20€ 

For Spain and Europe deliveries, it takes 2 or 3 days to receive the order. Countries located outside Europe will need 3 or 4 days to receive their purchase.

Returns policy

WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS POLICY

We only accept returns or changes within Europe. No returns from orders outside European Union are allow. In an effort to make this as straightforward as possible, here are some official words about our return policy:

*For Europe orders, you have 14 days from your order date to request a return.

*We accept merchandise that is unworn, unaltered and undamaged, inside its original packaging, with hang tags attached.

* Heimat does not cover the cost of the returns. You may return the goods thru HEIMAT courier, benefiting from a reduction on the returns costs that will be discounted from your refund. In this case, you must contact Heimat at hello@heimat-atlantica.com and fill out the authorization on the return form (same document as above).

You may withdraw from the contract no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after the date on which you or a third party designated by your other than the carrier, took possession of the goods, or if the goods included in your order are delivered separately 14 calendar days after the date on which you or a third party designated by you other than the carrier took possession of the last of those goods.

You must notify HEIMAT of its decision to withdraw the contract through the following form, which should be sent to hello@heimat-atlantica.com.

Your right of withdraw will apply provided the HEIMAT products are returned within 14 days from de delivery and in the same conditions as those in which you received them, together with their full original packaging, labels and all accessories related to the same.

Heimat does not cover the cost of the returns. You may return the goods thru HEIMAT courier, benefiting from a reduction on the returns costs that will be discounted from your refund. Once we have received your request, Heimat will send you the shipping label and contact information of the courier in order to set up the pick up schedule. Heimat is not responsible for any liability from the loss or delay incurred in the return.

If you not wish to use Heimat courier, please send the products and the form to the following address: Areoso Island, S.L., C/ González Zúñiga, 2, Pontevedra by courier, in which case you must pay all direct costs incurred in returning them, such as transport fees, customs clearance, insurance and any applicable duty. HEIMAT will not accept returns sent with carriage unpaid nor will bear any liability for the loss, delay or shipping to the wrong address of any products you wish to return to us. We will not accept any liability for the loss, delay or shipping to the wrong address of any products you wish to return to us. For this reason we recommend you send them by registered mail or with acknowledgement of receipt. Likewise, the client will be responsible for proving that the articles were returned. We therefore recommend you always send them via a system that certifies delivery, for safety purposes. 

You must include the withdraw form including customs documents. If you fails to return the customs documents, you will have to bear the customs costs, including additional administration costs that may be applied. Your right of withdraw will apply if the HEIMAT products are returned in the same conditions as those you have received them, together with their full original packaging, labels and all accessories related to the same. If the package does not meet these specifications the products will be returned to the address provided by you in the purchase process, postage due.

After checking that the HEIMAT products returned fulfil all the Returns Policy specifications, we will send you an e-mail informing you that the return was accepted. The amount of the purchase and shipping costs will be refunded in accordance to the return form, as quickly as possible, and in all cases, no later than 14 calendar days from the date HEIMAT has been informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract by the consumer. Despite this, HEIMAT may withhold the reimbursement until it receives the products, or until the consumer has provided with evidence of repayment thereof, depending on what condition is met first.

 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS

If you receive an erroneous order or a defective product, please contact HEIMAT immediately, within 24 hours, at the following e-mail address hello@heimat-atlantica.com, indicating the error or defect, along with your personal information. HEIMAT will provide the instructions to solve the incidences.

We will examine the product carefully and notify you by e-mail within a reasonable period of time whether the item will be returned or replaced if appropriate. If appropriate, the product will be returned or replaced as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days from the date on which the confirmation e-mail notifying that product would be returned or replaced.

The amounts paid for products returned due to flaws or defects, when they actually do exist, will be reimbursed in full, including any delivery charges paid to send the item to you and the costs incurred by you to return it to us. The refund will be made by the same method as that of payment.

We ask our Users to only accept the package if the outer packaging does not show any deformation, breakage or hole. We recommend the User to open the package and check the Product before signing the delivery note.

If it is not possible to do the review at this time, we invite the User to sign the delivery note by writing "with reservation as to the status of the Product taking into account the poor condition of the package" and describing the damages thereof.
