Shipping & Returns

We understand how important it is to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible !

We ship all over the world with DHL (Europe and outside Europe) and MRV (Spain).

Shipping costs are as follows:

Spain : (FREE SHIPPING for bags order / 5€ rest of products) - 1 or 2 days delivery 

Europe : (23 € bags / 20€ rest of products) - 1 or 2 days delivery 

Outside Europe : (30€ bags / 20€ rest of products) - 2 or 3 days delivery 

** Delivery times begin one business day after the order is placed.

You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our atelier.

Returns

We only accept returns or changes within Europe. No returns from orders outside European Union are allow. 

You have 14 days from your order date to request a return.

We only accept the merchandise in the same conditions as those in which you received them (unworn, unaltered and undamaged), together with their full original packaging, labels and all accessories related to the same.

How to care

Please kindly note that each HA is uniquely crafted by hand so minor alterations that do not compromise the aesthetic or quality of the product are to be expected.

Every item is intrinsically unique due to its handmade nature.
